Veg or Non-Veg. Which is the best for Good Health?? - A Crazy topic
An interesting fact is that Veg diet causes "Inadequacy" and Non-veg diet causes "Hazards".
Significant studies carried out on people of both diets is as follows:
Inadequacy of Veg diet:
Veggies are more prone to -
1. Iron Deficiency Anaemia
2. Zinc Deficiency
3. Vitamin B12 Deficiency
Hello .. But you need not jump into non-veg diet before studying full article.
Non-Veggies are more prone to-
1. Having short lifespan, Having chronic diseases.
2. Having more heart diseases, Diabetes, Hypertension.
3. Predominantly their tongue can't eat fruits and vegetables recommended.
So, Now doubt is which is the best?? !
On looking at current trend, irrespective of their religions and cultures, both are consuming different variety of foods with excessive Salt , Baked foods, Fried foods.
So, both veg and non-veg diets are killing us with excessive use of refined foods and cholesterol devoid of natural & healthy nutrients. And now this has become an "Universal Problem".
SOLUTION to the problem :
To beat the inadequacy of Veg diet, one must choose food from different groups of fruits and vegetables rich in B 12, Iron and Zinc forming balanced diet maintaining health with adequate diet choosing right quality and quantity Avoiding fibre less, chemical containing, non-veg food. with a motive of
" FRESH IS BETTER" rather than Fries are tasty.
