Tips for cool Summer!

1. Protect yourself from sun and avoid direct exposure for long time.

2. Drink more water. 

3. Drink juices like sugarcane juice,  pudina juice, citrus fruit juices, coconut water, Butter milk, Lassi etc rather than cooldrinks like thums up, pepsi, fanta etc.

4. Eat fruits like melons(both musk and water melon), guawas, citrus fruits like oranges, grapes etc.

5. If you are exposed to sun for longtime then take water with Glucose or Electral powder or lemon with salt after coming home. 

6. Avoid sudden shift from Air conditioned rooms to hot sunlight frequently which causes sunstroke and sun headache.

7. Use sunscreen lotions before entering into sun to avoid dark pigmentation of skin.

8. Wear scarf to protect your skin from sun and cap, dark sun glasses to protect your head, face and eyes respectively.

9. Avoid taking juices with ice as most of the ice depots are preparing it from unhygienic water.

10. Keep your room atmosphere cool using wet clothes hanged to windows. 


Homoeopathic point of view:


1. Take a dose of Glonoine 200 before entering into sun to avoid sunstroke.
2. Also can take sabal serrulata mother tincture 10 drops in half cup of water once a day to beat body heat in summer.
